FLOW3R is an arts and wellness based company focused on assisting others in living a holistic and harmonious lifestyle in accordance with the wholeness of Nature as well as with one's own unique and inherent nature. flow3rkap is an artist and clinical holistic herbalist from New York or better said an artist and clinical holistic herbalist hailing from Planet Earth (Gaia). flow3rkap knows no bounds when it comes to his creations, as he is always looking to experiment with his music sonically and create profound natural healing preparations. flow3rkap has worked with various genres of music such as ambient/meditative/healing/cinematic/electronic to hip hop/trip hop/boom bap/lofi/rnb to house/techno to psychedelic/alternative rock to jazz. He has worked in various studios throughout New York but currently mainly resides at his own home professional recording studio. He has also worked on various freelance music production, and mixing & mastering projects for other artists and creatives. flow3rkap has completed intensive online schooling for his clinical holistic herbalism practice and has worked one on one with mentors. However, the greatest teacher to flow3rkap is the wholeness of Nature itself. flow3rkap is always learning something new, being virtuous in regards to caring for his own health, striving to be better, flowing rather than forcing and growing as a creative and a healer. flow3rkap is always looking to connect and collaborate with other creatives and professionals.
