About FLOW3R

FLOW3R is an arts and wellness based company focused on assisting others in living a holistic and harmonious lifestyle in accordance with the wholeness of Nature as well as with one's own unique nature. Throughout this process it is crucial to cultivate the ability to create and maintain flow states, which are indeed a recipe for a healthy and happy life. 

At FLOW3R our mission statement is "Return to Nature." Unfortunately, our modern world has become quite disconnected from Nature which in turn has made many of us become so disconnected from our individual nature. When we become disconnected from our individual nature we become disconnected from our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. 

Our individual disconnect on a microcosmic level serves to heighten our disconnect to Nature on a macrocosmic level. "Return to Nature" does not imply that we abandon the new ways of the modern world. Rather, it is an intentional call to tap back into our roots on a deeper and more conscious level. In doing so, we become more mindful of the divine order of Nature as well as our own individual nature and health which allows us to create more peace and harmony within our lives and assist in the healing and maintenance of Planet Earth. 

Our healing/spiritual/creative journey and process of blossoming into a better version of ourselves is a never-ending one. FLOW3R aims to inspire and assist others in their own unique healing and creative journey in order to achieve optimal health where one can "thrive" and cultivate flow rather than merely survive by providing holistic health consultations and custom herbal formulations.
